Problem with accepting payment procedure

Hi, I've been using Paypal for many years, but today a payment is pending and I find myself unable to receive it.  I press the Accept button and the procedure stops. The payment is in US dollars and needs to be converted into Pounds Sterling (this has always worked before). Has anyone else had this problem, and if so, what can be done? Thanks for reading.

That definitely sounds frustrating. 😞 If you've been able to accept the payments this way before, either your account may have issues such as a limitation, or you may have a browser issue. I would advise clearing your cache and cookies, ensuring your browser is up-to-date, and trying a different browser or device. If the issue is a restriction, you'll want to check the bell icon at the top right, which will take you to the Resolution Center where you can see if there's a limitation causing the problem. Thank you for your advice. The issue resolved itself after a day, but I'll bear your suggestions in mind for if it happens again.
