Problem receiving founds.

I have created an account in paypal in order to receive some founds. The sender has notifyed me many times that he can not proceed with the payments as he gets a notification like: 'your recipient is not able to receive funds at this time. your recipient must first set up his or her account to receive funds'. In fact i have activated in my account the possibility to receive founds and has provided sender with the link of my account which is <removed>.can someone help me about this problem? Best regards
