Money sent from US to me in Nigeria is hanging, this is because we can't receive money on PayPal in Nigeria yet. I want to send it back to the first sender. What do I do please?

You can't accept it so you can't send it back.
If its showing as pending / unclaimed on the senders side then it will 'time out' 30 days post payment.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
