How do I de-authorize a pending authorization? I already requested the merchant to cancel my order but I just want to make sure that I am not charged.

Hi, @Knowlseeker I hope you're doing well! Only Merchants can cancel an authorization. PayPal has an agreement with the seller that we can automatically cancel an authorization if it's oast 30days already. Since you mentioned that you canceled the order to the merchant, they should able to release the authorization in a few days. Otherwise, it will auto roll out after 30 days. If you need to get access to the funds faster, please try to reach out to your Card Issuer to void the authorization. Stay Safe!
