Hello everyone,

I am having an issue with receiving funds and how can I receive money from another PayPal account? It says your account cannot receive money from other PayPal accounts. Why is that? And is this a joke? PayPal community??? I created a PayPal account to transact money how is this even an online payment system when you cannot receive or send money??

Whats a joke is that you don't say which country you are in to advise you.

Paypal varies a great deal country to country so you need to tell us where you are on this worldwide community forum.
