Hi I have to do a partial refund. I understand how to do it. But, I've encountered issues. I go to refund €5 and when I do it says I'm refunding 4.83 and fees refunded is 0.17. My question is if I go ahead with that will my buyer only get €4.83 in a refund? This will not be acceptable to the buyer as I have agreed a refund of €5.00. Can anybody advise? Thanks in advance.
