For some reason i cannot send more than 80 cents. Ive used paypal a few months back to send 25$ but now it's restricting me from sending more than 1$. Curious as to what i can do to fix this. My account is verified, the receiver of the payment is verified, and everything i have associated with my profile is confirmed so there shouldn't be any type of limitation for payments to my knowledge. I just do not know what steps to take after doing all the verification stuff and i cant find anything online that has an answer to this issue.
