Paypal not working

I get this when I click on the button created in Paylpal from my website:

PayPal cannot process this transaction because of a problem with the seller's website. Please contact the seller directly to resolve this problem.

It then says: GO TO PAYPAYL ACCOUNT

Then it says no account found?

I can log into my account and see this button, but it does not work.......Please help...
