I am so disappointed with PayPal. It has not allowed to link my bank account saying the account is not active although my bank confirmed me there are no issues. Furthermore, I could not make changes in my address because their system do not allow that. I requested they to send me a check but I am asking them to revise the address because it is not correct. They are not responding properly. The phone service is close so there is no way to have a proper communication with them. I want to know if other people are experiencing that too.
