Hey all! So, i went to buy something earlier on Steam, it allowed me to make the purchase without a card. But when i went to buy anything on Uplay, origin, fanatical or humblebundle, it required card info for paypal. So i went back and made the purchase on steam. Now, it wont allow me to make any purchase on steam without card info, or on any site for that matter. I tell a lie, it let me buy something on Arc games before i made the purhcase on steam, then i go back to buy it (although not actually buying it, just seeing if card info was needed) and it said i needed card info... The whole reason i got paypal, was because i dont have a card, and so i wouldnt need one for online shopping.
Any ideas?
