Hi, I live in Algeria and I want to create a Saas business where I can charge people to use my service but Paypal business needs to verify that I'm working in a legal way so I was thinking to create an LLC in the USA and verify my business account because in Algeria they don't give you papers if your business is online. My question is: is that possible? Does Paypal accept that LLC USA although I live in Algeria?
