Payments from Ebay on Hold

My first question should be how on earth do you get to contact a real person on Paypal help  🙂  My query is that having been selling on Ebay for 20 years and having a paypal account for a similar time, suddenly my last payments from Ebay sales are now on hold. This is because I deleted the email I have used for 20 years and forgot to change it on Ebay.  I  reinstated it on Paypal and verified it and they can see it has always been used for many years.  So why, after all these years are they refusing to pay my monies.  Plus it says I should get it 1 days after delivery when providing a tracking number.  Again, it is nearly 10 days since one item was delivered and nothing, probably because Ebay said it was only paid for 2 days ago not 10!  I am at the end of my tether going around in circles and no-one at Paypal answering queries.

A different email address triggers ebays new seller hold policy.

Ebay and Paypal are 2 separate companies and have 2 separate policies for holding funds for 'new sellers'.

If yours was an Ebay transaction then its an Ebay hold and Ebay authorise when paypal can release the funds.
Normally for Ebays hold funds are released when tracking shows the item as delivered + 1 days (if you use Ebay / paypal postage).

Thank you but when I go to Ebay it says I have no payments on hold.  I realize its my fault for forgetting to change the payment email on Ebay but as I have been selling on Ebay and accepting payment for 20 years with that email, I had hoped that the computers might recognize this.

Forgot to say, the email on Ebay did not change, it was that I removed it from Paypal as am not going to use it going forward.  so it should not have triggered a new seller.

Sorry to keep posting as am new to this site.  As I mentioned, even though I have put tracking numbers in all the on hold payments and one was delivered 10 days ago, no one is releasing the funds.  I had to physically put that payment had been received on the Ebay listing even though it showed as paid through paypal. This must be new as I never had to do that previously.  Feeling very frustrated with it all at the moment as never, ever had funds on hold in 20 years.
