My Paypal account is connected to my Shopify Store but something ins't working. I am a new store and have orders from July 23 that still stay "awaiting payment" inside shopify. I have contacted shopify and they are unable to push the payment through and told me that Paypal needs to help me.
Also, when I log into Paypal I can only see orders from August 11 to today. So, I have no way of going back and looking into my 8 orders that say awaiting payment still.
So, I contacted Paypal, but they are no help. Does anyone know what I can do. I am getting calls from unhappy customers, which is so bad! Im stressed and cant figure it out.
