Everytime after successfully keying in the captcha, https://ipnpb.paypal.com/auth/validatecaptcha
it keeps failing or timeout or shows me this
This site can’t be reached
The connection was reset.
Try:
- Checking the connection
- Checking the proxy and the firewall
- Running Windows Network Diagnostics
ERR_CONNECTION_RESET
Please don't tell me something stupid like i have bad connection or firewall as i've turned off the firewall and antivirus, and my connection is fast enough to open this forum and post here with no lag.
