I recently had some friends pay-pal me. All were excepted with no issues except one. It said payment was received yet was listed as pending. It asked for a tracking number yet i didnt have one to give her as there was no item sold. Finally it returned her payment automatically to her today.
When i researched resolutions prior it said i had to accept her payment? Why? No one in the 5+ years ive had this account has ever had this many issues with sending me money. I domt even know how to accept a payment. When she looked on her end she never found a place saying her "item" arrived to release payment.
all i keep finding is info that isnt helpful or pertinent.
