Payment not possible after linking Deutsche bank card

Hi team, I have recently linked my Deutsche bank card to my PayPal account. It is enabled for SEPA credit transfer. But, when I try to make a payment, it is telling 'transaction cannot be completed'. I have no clue what to do.
