Hello,
Sent some money on 7 of May and the recipient has not received them yet.
I don't get any message about pending payment or declined to my bank card account or on Paypal but he has seen nothing.
Paypal Help center is not responding at all...
Any ideas?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
