Payment is Waiting for a month and not refunded to sender on mentioned date in Email.

I am stuck in big trouble please help!

I have sent $34 from course hero to my PayPal account(at 29th October,2020) but at that time I have not confirmed my bank account.

After that I received mail from PayPal.com that you have to provide some more information regarding your account OR your your payment will be refunded to sender by 28 November, 2020.

and  then I have given all information regarding my account to PayPal and they verified all correctly.

but problem is that Payment of $34 is still stuck and not in 1) my bank account 

not in 2) my PayPal account and not in 3)my course hero account

I have same Email address in both PayPal and Course hero account(I verified that)

Please help me with this problem
