So the problem is that I've reveived a money from my friend's company on my Business Paypal account. That is a personal transaction, not a purchase. But PayPal requires to Provide purchase receipt from your supplier. It requires to upload a document. I can solve it by uploading screenshot where I'm writing with text that this is my personal transaction. Or to contact support and trying to figure it out. Anybody had a problem like this ? Thanks!
Create a Word Doc or pdf explaining why you do not have the requested information. Once you have created this, you should be able to upload it to resolve this step. It is not guaranteed that it will be accepted, but providing this will allow the step to be resolved and once all steps have been completed, the account will move into review.
