Paypal won't let me process payment to U.S Netflix. I have a credit card and bank attached to my Paypal account. Each time I try to process a Paypal payment on the Netflix site, I get an error. The U.S Netflix Accounts Team say that the problem is with my Paypal settings? Can anyone help me with this one?
