Hi there. I am collecting money from friends, family and classmates of a mutual friend who has brain cancer. The money will be used for his son's higher education. Some of the money that comes in via PayPal is immediately available, and then I am able to transfer to this boy's bank account. But a few times now, it's "on hold" and even when I click to confirm that the service has been provided, there is still a 3% charge. I would like to avoid this loss of 3%. Any ideas? Thank you!
