PayPal crashing before payment complete

Whilst trying to order from an online store, I click the PayPal express checkout, login to my PayPal and click “pay now” and then it returns to the website without the payment process being complete. How can I resolve this?

Also had this problem just now. I pressed back and the payment then processed but took the payment twice out of my account. Only showing once on PayPal though. Anyone I can contact to get my money back?

Update-second payment was put back in my account. Wierd... That never happened before..
