Has anyone received this message via email? What is a IPN? I not sure what the problem is I am still getting orders like normal and payments like normal however I received this message from paypal via email. Here is the entire e-mail.
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing: (my web domain is here)
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
OK so..
1) I do recognize the URL its my restaurants URL
2) My web hosting company has been contacted and they say everything looks good on there end.
3) Made several calls and e-mails to paypal no reply. I need paypal not to shut down my account it the only way we take orders and make money in this pandemic. So whats the problem. Any help would be nice.
