I didnt have any problems before and now im getting this message when im trying to pay something ,*Your payment declined on your purchase could not be finalized because your paypal account has a problem*
this is seriously very annoying

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
