I have a situation here. In 2016, I was buying some items using my paypal account. When is came across to American Express this is showing that it is a *Userid and then Professional Services. An example would be *bigru75 or ahmadhindi18. Then when I google the users, they are showing on a site called SFRAGIDES.xyz and dating sites. My assumption is that this is a spamming or phishing but I did look to buy the articles from the users. I do not have any emails for them nor can I find any record of what was purchased. I really need help here.
