Hi, really frustrated. My ebay says my account is linked to my PayPal, I have made purchases regularly however I have sold an item for the first time only to have the buyer tell me that they cannot complete the pay now option as it is greyed out. I contacted Ebay who instantly got back to me and looked at my account and they said the issue is at PayPal. I have emailed twice but got nothing but an automated response. I have telephoned and got a ringback and have been on hold for 57 minutes and lines are closing in 5 minutes. Would appreciate any straight forward answers.
