Id like to do an online purchase from a business based in the Netherlands (they only accept bank transfer or PayPal for international orders). I've gone to the fees section on here to see there is a charge of $6.99 for the transaction. Does anyone know if there are anymore fees to pay? will I get charged from my bank as well? Am I better off paying bank transfer? I am using a new PayPal account as I have recently moved to NZ, if having a new account would make any difference? Thank you.
