Online merchant wont stop charging

I had a dispute with an online merchant regarding g a product I receive and the amount it is processing weekly for. I contacted the merchant and advised to stop all reoccuring charges to my card. However. This past week they pulled another $35. I never set up the reoccurring with the company but they refuse to remove the payment from auto debit. Can't paypal block payees?

Check if you had a subscription set up...
Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > "manage pre-approved payments''.
