Not recieve payment from Fiverr ( Freelancing website)

Hello I am freelancer at Fiverr. I withdraw money from Fiverr to my PayPal account but it is now 3 days it is not showing balance on my Fiverr Account. What I should do next. 

2) How I can know my account is business account or any other account.

3) Can I received payment on Indivisual account ?

Fiverr says payment is initiated .
