previously, when i was making a purchase on ebay.com, on the checkout page There was an option to choose if you want PayPal do the conversion rate or your card issuer.
Also described in this article:

but this option is not anymore available, nor the steps provided in the above solution are anymore available.
So, I think this is violating our rights as customers and its not supposed to be like that.
Does anyone has the same issue? Is there something that we can do?
