My paypal account wont let meconfirm and pay even though i have enough money in my account in paypal account also bank account person has bought item and has paid for it as it 7s showing up on my paypal account but wont let me confirm and pay to pay for parcel so i can send them the parcel as they already paid for it i cant print anything
