My payment on discord is inactive and i cant re enable it.

When i try to re-enable the thing it says  (User as revoked payments) So i basically cant use my paypal anymore on these transactions!

I would like to know how do I find that page on the PayPal website because I also have received a message from a pay out at first it said success money has been transferred to your account check PayPal account. Then after 2 days i checked again & it said payment refused.
