My money is on hold even tho the shipment is done

Hi, 

so for startest this is the slowest f**bleep** system. 

my money is put on hold and have not been released as promised 1 day after arrival. 

the hold info option is now saying that i recived my money but there is none on my paypal account or my bank.

there is no real support and this feels like a **bleep** joke to me.

where is my money?
