I just created my account at 16/10/2019 since a friend suggested me to make one. So the first thing I was gonna do is check if my account has problems, so I told my friend to send me 1$ to check if my account is working, but when he tried to he got this error message http://prntscr.com/pk6hbx . I dont have any debit or credit card linked but I know people who use PayPal without them so can anybody help? Thanks.
