My card isn't in the payment options

I added my card to account and it was approved, I even sent funds with it for the first time and it went well. Now I wanna send funds again and my card missing in the payment options. Mind you, my card is still attached to the account. I tried removing the card and adding it all over again but still the same. And am having more than enough on the card. Anyone to help with that?

Have you confirmed the card with the 4 digit code AND does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?
