Hi! I wanted to pay for my order for a company, whom i bought food for my cats. The paypal page did refresh, got a message saying i'm timed out, need to login again. (I think i got it after 2 minutes.) Now the money is gone from my account, i can't see the transaction in my activity and my order still appears to be unpaid (unfinished) on the company's site. What should i do?
What does it say next to the transaction in your Paypal account?
1. Pending (with a clearance date) 2. Pending/Unclaimed with a cancel option. 3. Pending/Unclaimed withOUT a cancel option. 4. Payment or Sent. 5. Pending/Uncleared with a clearance date. 6. Pending awaiting authorisation.
