Money sent 'pending'

I sent money on Jan 17th, its showing as completed on my account, although 'pending' on my bank app. The receiver has 'money on hold' showing/ 'money received-pending' Please could anyone tell me when this will be released?

If its marked as completed in your Paypal account then you have paid. The fact its pending on the SELLERS end is between them and paypal as they are new sellers.
Funds are held for 21 days BUT released more quickly if they provide a tracking number (delivery + 1 day).

As for it pending in your banking app, that would happen regardless as when you pay a seller paypal always credit them upfront and paypal take the wait for the funds to transfer from your funding source. This is so you get your item despatched promptly.
