Hi I hope someone can help, I've had money sent to me from a company they say they have issued it but it's not showing in my account. They say that I could PayPal 3/5 days to process it surely this can't be correct any other time it's been instant.

Was it a refund or a sent payment.
Either way it should show on your paypal account UNLESS it was a refund and you originally paid via a credit card?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
