I made a sale on depop and I wanted to issue a refund. I tried on numerous occasions and my account kept prompting ‘we can’t process any refunds at this time’. Now the money has disappeared from my acc and says it is being held. The buyer is really angry and this is really annoying as I can’t access it to refund it! Can someone pls help as I have no way to contact PayPal with their phone line shut and Email off too. Thanks
