Money Sent But Not Received

I sent money through goods and services and clicked confirm receipt, but the seller told me he didn't receive my payment. I later-on asked him to check if he has confirmed his email address and we found out that he hasn't. After he has confirmed it the money still didn't go through to him. Can anyone please to me what is going on?

There's a lot of factors that we need to consider on this one.

It is possible that you might send the payment to a misspelled email address.

Or the payment is probably on hold.
