Hello I purchased items on Etsy using PayPal. After hitting submit I got an email confirming my order then immediately saying that the money got refunded right after I purchased. Why would the money refund automictally for no reason when I was trying to pay for something? And it's still early within the process so the redund hasn't posted yet. I repurchased the items a different way abe it went through. I'm just very confused as to why the money got refunded so quickly when I used PayPal to pay.
