Does anyone know how to contact resolutions to find missing money? I have received more money than I have sent out yet my balance shows zero. I do not see the funds returned to my banking institution. Did PayPal simply steal the remaining funds?
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
