Missing payments

 A cient has sent payments to my pp account via my email address but they haven't arrived into my account.

How can I rectify the situation.

Double check the email address that they used and make sure there wasn't a spelling error and its the correct one linked to your paypal account.

Have you verifed that email address?

Were the funds sent in your countries currency?

Yess to all your questions. They claim to have a rerceipt from paypal too.
