How did you send it ie which paypal option did you select?
How did you fund that paypal payment?
What does it say next to the transaction ie sent / payment / unclaimed / payment or what?
It was funded by My friend who gave me 7.99 for my birthday
It says money sent and thats it i think
and i just pressed send
NOTE-I am kinda new with transactions with paypal so im not sure If these are good answers but i tried...

Sadly if it was sent using the friends/family option then your only hope to get it back is to reach out to the person it did complete to and ask them if they will refund.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
