I tried to put my card on another account, but it didn't allow it, so now when i tried to put it back it declined.
Why?
About a month ago, someone hacked into my account and bought cloud services from a company. I got it refunded, but now I tried to but cloud services from the same company, but it said that this paypal account can only be on one account, so I thought it was just easier to create another Paypal account. But it didn't allow to connect my card so I tried to relink my card to my account, but it said this card is declined.
What should I do?
