People - I am selling subscriptions via an online store to a magazine. In the UK. Someone in Ireland (the Republic, non-UK!) selects the pay by card option but is then requested to create a paypal account instead of getting the guest checkout option. Is this because they are abroad (does not happen with a UK based order) and if so, can I change it anywhere in the settings? Thanks
