To be specifically: I'm behind the Great Fire Wall, so I need VPN services. Every time I paid for it, my bank received a statement from PayPal like "PAYPAL_***VPN". Since there's no real privacy in this country, and personal using of VPN services is quite a grey zone in legal practicing, is there a way to hide this statement to the bank? Like change it to just "PAYPAL"?
