I had already sent money through PayPal to one recipient and want to do it again. However, PayPal interface does not provide such option. I see the old transaction details, and there is only "Contact Info" for the old recipient, and this info is NOT a searchable id.
Looks like my only option is to ask recipient for the id again, and this time make sure to write it down. Why can't PayPal remember the recipient id?
