Hello! I am new to Paypal and have recently been selling a few of my items through Facebook. One of my customers noted that on her account, it showed that she paid me twice for an invoice transaction. However, it does not show me this on my account. My account shows that I sent her an invoice under ‘my activity’ and in a separate transaction she sent me the money. Could someone please tell me why on her side it says she has sent me money twice but it does not show up like that on my end? She sent me a photo from her end and it says "invoice received... - (minus) the amount," and another transaction above it saying "payment... -amount." When I go under the ‘money in’ tab under my account, it only shows she paid me once. I don't know what else to do, nor can I find a customer service email. Paypal also won't let me report a problem on the transaction I'm speaking of. Help!
