I had a paypal acc for a few years, and used it once before>
Now, I tried to use it to pay for an item out of state and have it shipped to me.
I entered the email of the seller and entered the price $55. and it looked like they were sending me money. I cancelled that.
Then I tried the transaction again, and got it right. 55 dolars to the seller.
There is a hold up> my bank has 2 withdrawls from pay pal total of 110.00 the seller has not gotten her 55, and I don't know where the other 55 is. Paypal activity shows 3 transcations for that day, Dec 3. one cancelled, one refund and one paid to but not accepted by seller.
I'm thinking, the seller needs to accept her 55 dollars, and the 55 dollars i ended up sending to myself and cancelling is somewhere in paypal land. How would I get a credit from my paypal account into my bank account. This seems a bit awkward and cumbersome. It was easier w. Amazon, before i just started using my bank debit card.
Thanks for your thoughts,
Ray
